"The Forbidden Trove" was popularized during harvest league because of the hassle it took to trade different special crafts as they were untradable and you had to trade your item to someone who had the craft, and to find a person with that craft normally would take ages. They also have no evidence to refute these claims, use ad-hominem attacks, attempts to hack into Belton's media platforms and poe profile, de-platforming and silencing people for opposing them. People who enjoy crafting for the sake of crafting are targeted by RMT'ers as they are taking away market opportunities by making those items, and this prevents the RMT'ers from making a continuous income, as is the case with recent events: Belton and his community being targeted for exposing this behavior after Belton crafted the best ele-dps bow in the game. Once this is complete, people will continuously pay 50+ divines to mirror the item throughout the league, which leads to the next part, RMT. Once those items are crafted with the in-game currency, people will pay you to copy the item using something called a "mirror of kalandra." The fee depends on the level of the item and rarity. Crafting those items takes exorbitant amounts of currency, and RMT'ers fix market prices, control bulk prices, and generally have a death-grip on the economy as it is now. Real Money Trading (which is explicitly bannable and is a violation of the TOS) is an issue that plagues this game in the higher levels of play, because the in game currency that you use basically allows you to make an infinite money printing item in the form of "mirror-tier" items. However, if you are playing in a Soft-Core Trade League and eventually get engrossed in the market, you will see the ugly side of this game. This game reminded me that there's fun to be had in everything, and it has brought both me and my Son many happy memories." This game has ever since brought my son and I closer again and now we actually spend time together outside the house as well. I loved it as it was the best time I had spent with my Son since my wife had died. I asked my Son for help and he hosted a game for me to join. I loaded into the game, did the tutorial but I was stuck on what you where supposed to do. So I decided to make a Steam account and get this game to see if I could maybe play alongside him. This was terrible for me, as it was already hard enough for me to spend time with my son, as he is always out with his friends or just watching videos on Tiktok. My son recently started Dinkum and in less than a week, he had already played for over 20 hours. I am a single father to my son, who is now 16. "I am a 52 year old father, probably one of the oldest people playing this game. People do that to trick you into giving you steam points (the steam currency) by posting something to appeal to your human compassionate aspect thereby ripping you off because it is all ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, lies and deceipt. I kindly wish to raise your awareness to people trying to cheat you out of your steam points: The following comment is copy and paste from a lot of reviews on steam.
